St. Croix Yacht Club Media Waiver 

I, the registrant, hereby grant the St. Croix Yacht Club and its representatives the right to take photographs, video recordings, and/or digital images of me or my participating minor.I understand that these images may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to brochures, websites, social media, and other forms of publicity. 

I agree that the St. Croix Yacht Club owns the rights to these images and recordings and may use them without compensation to me or my participating minor. I also understand that my name or participating minor’s name may be used in connection with these images and recordings. 

Electronic Signature Agreement. By selecting the "I Accept" button, you are signing this Waiver electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this Waiver and consent to be legally bound by this Waiver's terms and conditions.
